It is a magical place surrounded by gorgeous nature. It’s not right in downtown Koror but that’s part of the charm. There are convenience stores nearby and even a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away. Getting around is super easy too — there’s a free daily shuttle, and most tour and dive companies will pick you up right from the hotel.

Very small details were amiss - the fridge was not running cold enough and smelled odd. Occasional power brown-outs so don't run all electronics and plugs at once. We love wildlife, but some may be bothered by the lively ants who decided to make a home in the toilet room. Please try to remember that you are very much in the jungle when staying here, and the level of amenities here is a total luxury!

Beautiful views from the luxury tent we were generously upgraded to for our 2-night stay! We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful and helpful staff, the great breakfast brought straight to the balcony each morning, the thoughtful layout and amenities, the incredible copper soaking tub with hot water and rainshower overlooking the jungle (and ANOTHER rainshower on the balcony!!) and the amazing variety of birds and bats we saw from our perch over the rock islands. So grateful. We will be back as soon as our travels allow!

No beach access from property. There is a beach resort below it, but the beach is for their guests only.

Breakfast was great and filled us up for a full day of outings each day. The view from the balcony of our bungalow was spectacular, especially at sunset.

no restaurant - although WE LOVED the in-room breakfast every morning!! no facilities at all. Is not centrally located... no transport (Carolines van transport is not feasible for shopping)

love love love the pristine natural surroundings.... we wanted to 'get away' from nightlife, etc., and just snorkel and relax. so Carolines was perfect for us. although, I can see why it may not suit everyone (no restaurant, no facilities, not easily a walking distance to anything in Koror or other - so you MUST have a CAR RENTAL. period.)

The property is undergoing renovations (did not affect my stay at all), but there is no restaurant nor pool on-property right now. Transport needs to be arranged for lunch/dinner. The staff is so friendly and quick to help with this so all was great!

Amazing view of sunsets from the bungalow. Waking up to breaktakjng view of the sun is amazing. Breakfast is served in the room everyday.

The view of Carolines Resort is absolutely perfect. Also the stuff are all very kind and freindly. The pick up of Carolines does a resonable price. I like here very much. It's a perfect place for vacation.

There was nothing to dislike. The cabin was spacious with a king-sized bed that was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Caroline''s is absolutely great! The friendly and helpful staff combined with outstanding cabins made this stay worth going back to Palau soon. Plenty of hot water for the 3x per day shower (it's HOT there). The aircon keeps the cabin at a comfortably cool temperature (did I mention it's hot there?). The homemade breakfast delivered to the door every morning made it easy to charge up for a day of SCUBA Diving, jungle walks, and island tours.

Breakfast fell a bit short regards fruit options. Could be a little isolating without a car (we rented one) although staff can readily accommodate transport at a cost. Definitely a perfect private place to relax and unwind.

Spacious room with lovely timber design and tall ceiling. Wonderful aspect from bedroom and balcony, superb views, so quiet and still you could see and hear birds and bats dawn and dusk. Staff lovely. Free use of associated downtown hotel also a plus.

We didnt mind since we had a car - but no food options are close to the Place. However, Front desk will always help to arrange delivery or Pick up Service provided by some Restaurants.

The Service and the whole staff were outstandingly friendly and courteous. This was by far the Most relaxed experience we ever had. Front Desk was supporting us with all our Individual Requests, Drivers were always on Time and really Polite and the Room Service was doing a Great Job and always had a smile on their lips.
