Breakfast was good but display of available hot egg options was not obvious. We only discovered on the last day that we could order hot egg dishes, like omelettes and eggs Benedict. Please put these signs in more prominent places or on every table, or ensure wait staff informs customers. Shower in room 304 often left puddle of water by door.

Location was convenient across from mall with variety of dining options. Room and bed were comfortable. Reception staff, door men and wait staff were excellent. Rooftop pool area was nice, but we didn’t use it.

Everything was fine

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located next to a shopping mall filled with a variety of restaurants and shops. Despite being in the bustling city of Asunción, the hotel feels like a serene oasis where you can truly unwind. The staff were consistently kind and courteous, maintaining a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a wide array of both savoury and sweet options to suit every taste. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting the area.

I had a problem with my mattress at first, but they flipped it and it everything was fine. I needed to book the local tours for 2 people / pay for 2 people, though there was only 1 of me. But that's the tour company, not the hotel. And the tours were good.

Staff was fabulous. Right across from a mall. Good tours. Safe area. Restaurant was careful about my gluten free dietary needs. Paraguay is pretty easy to be gluten free in. You can often say "gluten free" in restaurants or you can say "sin gluten," meaning "without gluten."

Temporary Road work outside, so just unlucky in timing. *As one who travels a lot on Business trips I appreciate having an Iron that has water steam to keep my shirt safe. the one in the room was a bit simple.

The Staff. Very Friendly. On the 2nd day, the Breakfast lady already remembered what I liked and asked if I wanted that again... And the reception staff helped me retrieve a bag I had left on the Taxi. It was impressive and relentless work... I asked their names and here To write them down: Javier B and Antonella A - who is a genius and could be a detective. so thank you kindly for caring and doing something about it.

There is nothing not to like...

This is a very good hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool and spa. I would say that this is probably one of two best hotels in Asunción. The restaurant serves a well prepared and reasonably priced food of great variety. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff speaks fluent English, is pleasant and professional.

A delicious and varied breakfast with great espresso served by attentive (but not over the top) professionals accompanied by lovely live harp-playing...what more can you ask for?
