There is a night club next door and some other guests complained about the noice. I had no problem with that.

Perfect place to stay when in Asunción. The apartment is fully equiped, clean, comfortable, with a nice patio. The communication with the owner faultless. Although I had a deleyed flight, everything was solved to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Beautiful studio overlooking internal courtyard. Safe, clean, has everything you need - hairdryer, washing up equipment, fresh towels, hot shower, cooker and oven and fridge, crockery and kitchenware, comfy bed with nice bedding, heater/cooling and table and chairs, TV, good electric points. Art. Nice decor.

A bit dirty in some spaces, such as under the bed and udner the other pieces of furniture in the room. A bit of noise of people chatting/walking by during the early morning as the mini apartment is facing the inner courtyard where everyone has to pass through. Nothing too bothering though We found the AC to be a bit weak

Very modern and cosy mini apartment/condo, it is very small but has everything you may need. Wi-fi works fine, hot water in the shower. Potable water next to the water tap The location is good, in a residential and safe neighbouhood, although technically a bit far from the city centre (around 20 minutes by walk) We could leave our luggage after check-out which helped us a lot on that day

The hosts were always available and helpful, both in person and through WhatsApp. I was travelling alone and needed some help finding things to do and they shared a list of places to go and directions. The apartment was very clean, had many amenities, and was a home away from home. Overall, I felt very safe as a single female traveller.

The rock bar nearby is rather noisy, but with the aircon on, you can avoid it disturbing you.

It is very conveniently situated for walking into town or for walking to the market in Pettirossi It is also good for catching buses. Staying in this part of town, you see much more of the real Asuncion than if you stayed in the posh suburbs. It was great to be able to wash clothes ( there's a very good washing machine). Also, when the electricity failed on that street, we were fine as emergency lighting came on immediately, and the TV and air con still worked! It is great value for your money.

The internet is fatlst, the place offers kitchen that has everything for meal prep. The place has AC and table suitable for working. Diego and his sister are extremely attentative and fun. Overall I think very good value for money.

Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. The apartment was so clean and comfortable with great facilities. We were able to cook dinner and wash our clothes. The room also had a tv we could watch Netflix on. Diego was very helpful and communicated with us frequently to ensure everything was okay. The apartment was also very secure, with 3 locked doors between us and the street. Great value for money, highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the center, which is a good position for visiting historical landmarks but could be better for visiting shopping centers. An architect designed the apartment and offered a higher standard than similar rooms. However, the sofa was too deep, and the glass on the table was not fixed, so there are still some minor flaws.

There is a bar a few doors down and we could hear music till late, bring earplugs of you're a light sleeper. Kitchenette items should be cleaned better between guests, there were a lot of dirty items.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, cold AC and a hot shower with good pressure. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the main square and the neighborhood seemed safe for the most part. The host is responsive and quick to address concerns and issues. Would stay here again.

Needed some toiletries, sometimes. But honestly, no biggie. They're easily gathered right down the corner.

I cannot recommend this place enough, it was great. Diego was a great host, very straightforward from the very beginning, and his sister was super helpful during all day-to-day activities.The area is good, although everyone will recommend paying attention at night and taking a taxi or Uber; it's walking distance from cool bars and restaurants, which makes it quite appealing.
