Good location close to beach & 20 minute walk from bus terminal. Good buffet breakfast.

The WiFi was mediocre in the room. I kept losing signal.

secondtime we stayed here with our team and again it was great, staff is really friendly and for us it is the best hotel when we are here for training.

Lots of space, yhe apartment was large. The breakfast was basic but good. The location was excellent, friendly staff.

The room was not completely clean. For example, was broken glass under the couch and hair on the floor. It was not cleaned under the beds. Only one of the 3 bathrooms had doors that locked and neither did the bedrooms. One bathroom door latch was broken. Not a lot of parking.

The hotel was very quiet so the pool bar wasn't open and it would have been nice if they'd given us a better room than the windowless basic one since there were so few other guests, but all in all a good stay.

Hotel has many restrictive policies, whereas: you can't bring any food or drink at the room, unless sold by the hotel. Any sort of stain in sheets means you'd have to pay for its replacement; you can use the (only) glass at the room, but if you break it, you must pay for a new one. At checkout, you must stay waiting for staff to check if no damage was incurred. Shower was broken and had a major leak. There was no soap, towels or toilet paper holder. Poor lightning in the room. Very poor noise insulation and loud groups of children

Can't fault this place really. Room and location were amazing for the price. Reception staff excellent and the breakfast was really good and varied!

If only the pool was a bit longer/deeper to be able to actually swim :( other than that place is fantastic

Close to shopping and the malls. The staff also knew a good amount of English, so that helps a lot.

The master bed had several broken springs we noted while sitting on it. Then, when we opened up the bed, getting ready to rest, there was a sizable stain/smudge. It looked like someone blew their nose on the bed. Clearly the staff should have noted this when prepping the room

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and parking. Very nice room, pool and location. Clean and modern and good value for the price. Quick, safe walk to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel's location is great, it's next to the San José Beach and it's even possible to walk there from the bus terminal (if you don't mind carrying your luggage), The hotel is clean, it looks stylish without overdoing it, the pool looked great but I didn't have time to try it, the breakfast was satisfying. Finally, the staff was super-helpful to arrange a full day excursion to nearby Jesuit ruins and a yerba plantation.

Maybe it wasn't tourist season, but I didn't see much other guests. The vibe was thus a quiet one. I would have liked to meet more people, but I can't really blame the hotel for this. The pool area must be a lot of fun when the hotel is full.
