Only one key was provided for our apartment and they do not have a reception area so we had to call or message them for anything we needed. Generally, they were quick to respond. The shower in the bathroom was okay as it always got the entire floor wet since there was no divider.

Everything was great

We stayed here for five nights and were very impressed. The apartment was so spacious and there was access to two pools and a gym, which we took full advantage of each day. There was secure parking for our moto and the owner Jorge was super helpful if we needed anything. Great value for money, we would highly recommend this accommodation 👌

amazing garden and pool area. comfortable bed and kitchen has a full size fridge for longer stays. the owners are super helpful and offer travel arrangements and drop off and pick up at attractions like the Iguaza falls. very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere also had secure parking for my motorcycle. very affordable

A great place to stopover in Ciudad del Este. We stayed for two nights and our host Jorge gave us a tour to the Itaipu Dam and the Monday Waterfalls. There is excellent secure parking which was perfect for our motorbikes. Each apartment has cooking facilities and there is a pool and garden to relax in. It is easy to get to and also only a short distance to the Paraguay/Brazil border.

Nothing everything was great

George (owner) is fantastic. We hired him to take us to do certain trips/errands. Amazingly helpful, kind and his English is great too! Very informative with local knowledge and history. Staff also helpful and willing to help despite they didn’t speak English. Would definitely stay again. Gardens and pool beautiful.

The only thing I can add if being picky is it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for a serious tea drinker like myself but that’s a personal preference as everything was great!

The area was very quiet but with laundry service, shops and a couple of cafes within walking distance, good ac and fan in the room, very spacious apartment and great shower pressure, the apartment had pretty much everything needed for cooking for myself. The reason I booked this place was as my first solo trip I liked reading how welcoming the hosts were, and that’s exactly what made my stay special! Jorge provided a driving service showing me the best spots in and near Ciudad that I otherwise would have missed, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind allowing me as much time as I wanted at each site, never making me feel rushed, and sharing lots of information about Paraguay like my own personal guide! Playing with Danna the super cute puppy was definitely a bonus too!

The mattress of the bed was sweaty. Part of the window could not be closed, thus noises like dogs and hens and the mattress kept me awake most of the night. The shower door could not be closed at all. Kitchen utilities really bad, some old dirty aluminum pans, no water cooker etc. etc. The washing table faucet was completely loose. Extremely dirty pools. Terrace was dirty. Had to wait outside about 15 minutes before somebody could let me in (late afternoon). Through Whatsapp phoning there was no answer, I had to go to the shop next door that was able to contact the girl that let me in. The girl told me the owner would come to collect the payment. Never saw the girl or owner again. I stayed inside till i went to sleep..never saw the owner. Next morning I left at about 07.00. No own balcony although it looks when you book you have your own balcony/seat. Not to far from the university, but far from the city itself. Hard to get to. I had a car.

The accommodation was dirty and not well cleaned. When we asked for new bed sheets they did offer them, however the entire apartment was dirty and smelled. Would not recommend staying here.

The facilities were amazing, especial the back patio with swimm1ing pool. An oasis in km8 CDE. Alicia and Jorge are outstanding hosts.

The room was not the best: air conditioning not working, clogged toilet, broken table, moldy and smelly towels. There's no reception, so there's no way you can reach out if you need something. Still, 3 is a very low score, and I would have never put such a low score if this didn't happen: right before check out, I expressed some of my dissatisfaction to the owner. After check out, few hours later, I received a message from booking stating that the property claim that I never checked-in and I never showed up. Luckily I still had the receipt as I has paid by credit card, so I was able to prove I actually stayed there. I found this very dishonest and, even if I didn't like much this hotel, I would have never gave such a low score without this event. I would have probably given a 5 or 6!

The hotel was unique and very inviting. It was conveniently located. The hotel had a family atmosphere. The owner, Jorge, was most accommodating and made recommendations and assisted us over and beyond what we had ever anticipated. The entire time spent there was the best part of our trip to Paraguay. You would be remiss if you travel to Cuidad del Este and don't spend your time at this establishment.
