How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Laundry detergent would have been nice so I could have washed my towels. I didn't trust the electronic door lock. I would have preferred to have an additional hand-activated lock as well. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out.
I loved the balcony and the whole kitchen setup, especially the washer/dryer unit. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to enjoy a meal. The closet space was great. The air conditioner worked really well. The public space in the lobby was great for meeting up with a small group of friends to enjoy some snacks and conversation. The location was great! It was only a block from a shopping center with restaurants, stores, a pharmacy, and even a grocery store. The neighborhood felt safe.

Hard to think of anything. Our apartment might have been a bit small for longer stays, but it's perfect for shorter ones.
Very modern, clean, comfortable place to stay with helpful, friendly staff and plenty of facilities (pool, sauna, gym, our own laundry machine, etc.)

Highly recommend this accommodation. It’s really well located in a safe area, very close to shopping and restaurants and within walking distance of the Parque de la Salud and the nice Villa Mora region. Modern, clean, comfortable, great views, roof top swimming pool and gym. Perfect for our 2 night stay before a flight.

It would be amazing to have a coffee shop in the lobby or more food and beverages to buy so I don’t need ti get out of the building
The location is great, next to one of the best shopping centers in town and restaurants. The service was professional and friendly. The room has all the things you need. Congrats

Excellent location. Professional team. Comfortable and well equipped for travelers. Responsive communication. Comfortable beds. Very clean property and well maintained. Safe neighbourhood. Highly recommend and will stay here again when I return. The super deluxe rooms are a good option for solo travelers.

The location is fantastic - you're right next to a major shopping mall and grocery store. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Also, the Wi-Fi was fantastic!

The tiles around the pool are really slippy maybe porcelain was not a good idea although it looks nice. I slipped and went down the stairs to the door. Quite painful

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Comfortable with great facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Next time I go to Asunción, I would want to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The building was still under construction (main outside facade) so it was little noisy. As well as there was night music from the outside (we were there during the weekend).
Location was perfect and the place itself was perfect as well. The apartment is very new and we felt like the first guests. There is a rooftop swimming pool, gym and a separate terrace. Amazing sunset view. Very close to the Shopping del Sol and also to the Urban cafe where we had our breakfast.

Everything in the rooms just feels cheap. The room I got smelled strongly of smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room, so had to air out the room extensively.
Excellent location close to the major shopping mall and business district. Clean and functional rooms.

Poor housekeeping. I stayed 5 nights and room never cleaned despite by multiple asks. Very disappointing
Nice and comfy room and facilities. Reception people only speak Spanish but do their best to communicate.
