The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel does not have a baby cot, as was mentioned in the description, and it does not offer a breakfast buffet.

There is small issue and every week when I’m going there it’s solved .

Cannot really say, we were there for a short layover for sleep about 6 hours.

Amazing luxury one bedroom apartment

Got little issue to fix the toilet flush but finally after waiting one day maintenance came and fix the problem

The staff behavior was nice, I would like to send special thanks to the following members: The receptionist: Abu Baker. He is very professional in dealing with customers. He is well mannered & very cooperative. The receptionist: Sulaf. She is really the problem solver. She is the boss of the place. She can deal with obstacles & solve them in very appropriate way. The receptionist: Valerie. Smily & Nice way of speaking. Although there were some problems which could affect our stay however we ignored them since we received nice way of communication. There was some drippling of water from the sealing of washroom which prevent us of using it. Sulaf told us that they aiming of our satisfaction therefore she gave us offer of breakfast of my other two daughters as a part of compensation of the problem of leaking. Thank you Sulaf.

Need more cleaning. I would appreciate If Breakfast include all stay members.

We are a family however Breakfast was limited to only two persons. Some of carpets are dirty & need to be changed.

I have booked with breakfast, but restaurants asked for additional price for my kids, this was not known during booking time.
