During my recent stay, I found the overall service at the hotel to be slower than expected. While the staff were polite and welcoming, requests such as room service, housekeeping took noticeably longer than they should have. This sometimes made the experience less smooth and a bit frustrating, especially when on a tight schedule. I believe the hotel has potential, and with some improvements in efficiency and response times, it could offer a much better experience for guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of Doha, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and genuine hospitality. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and attentiveness, which really set the tone for my stay. One of the greatest advantages of this hotel is its location. Situated right in the middle of Doha, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Souq Waqif, cultural attractions, and many popular dining spots are just a short walk or drive away, making it the perfect base for both leisure and business travellers. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s central location and the outstanding hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

Everything was great, only concern was the tiles around the pool area could be very slippy.

AC takes a while to kick in to full gear, but it wasn't a huge problem.

Friendly and helpful staff, accommodated all our needs and were always courteous. Great location, very near to Souq Waqif. The metro station is a minute or two walk from the hotel. The apartment was amazing. Photos and videos don't do it justice. The ambience is great in the evenings and at night. Definitely recommended.

It was so confusing to navigate inside the hotel? It is like a maze. It was frustrating for us to be honest. The toilet and sink are next to each other? It was difficult to keep it hygienic when you have small kids. The toilet should be separate or atleast have some distance to the sink. The café/restaurant was only manned by 1 person. It took forever to get our food and drinks. Eventhoug he did his best.

The staff and manager where amazing and so friendly. Value for money was great. We had a large room for a good price. The location was really good. Close to the metro, Souq Wakf and the masjid. Beatyful architecture inside and outside the hotel 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, especially with kids. Customer service was great
