On the other hand, the minimart name "Sidra-The Convenient Store" is available at Woqod patrol station which located in front of the hotel only (1minute by walk). And the West Bay Beach is on the right hand side of the hotel by crossing street only 1-2 minutes by walk only. I do believe our head of department had explained and apologised to the guest who raised a concern for the inconvenience caused which has happened on 10th August 2025 at 23.26 hrs. due to the high humidity levels developed in the area caused the false alarm activation and the situation was under control in which everything return to normal. During of your stay in room no. 506 from 9-12 August 2025, we have not received any request for a compensation from your side which we could considered with utmost importance to continually improve the guest experience by rectifying and provide a service recovery for a complimentary upgrade or Lunch & Dinner for your discomfort from the above mentioned. Therefore, your agent has contacted us on Saturday and again recently after 2 weeks time on behalf of you and request for a compensation which has been rejected with the above reason.
