Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarRoom: •Not enough tissue(they give us only 1 box of facial tissue for the whole room, That's why i called and ask to give us more. It should be one in bathroom, 1 in bedside, and 1 in living room. No cups to use in the sink in the bathroom, the hair dryer is very slow, •only 2 garbage can for the whole room, its much better if you have in the room also 8/10 The kitchen: •no dishsoap and sponge to use •the washing machine is broken we try to dry our clothes but still very wet when its done

Qatarsome of the staff is arrogant and racist. century was may destination during a leisure/vacation trip but this was surprise of the attitude of there driver. front desk promise me that they will work out and have me contacted but after my 2 days staycation nothing have been made so sad that some i think tolerate this racist for some of there staff .
