Avevo trattamento mezza pensione, il giovedì con un piccolo supplemento ho potuto partecipare alla seafood night, altamente consigliata per la.qualita e quantità di cibo. Lo chef eccezionale. I ragazzi della reception sempre presenti. Pulizia delle camere impeccabile. King size letto confortevole
La piscina tenuta male, il locale noir fuori uso e il bar inesistente, si ordina solo in room service.

Per essere un hotel 5 stelle la qualità del cibo proposto durante la cena non ha incontrato i nostri gusti e non è stata soddisfacente : carne e pesce lasciati freddare/indurire sul buffet dopo la cottura (quindi non preparati al momento), prodotti ripetitivi e in alcuni casi riciclati dalle special night con pagamento extra (vedi il caso della seafood night).

Room service: mancava l’ingrediente principale del piatto chiesto e ce lo hanno portato comunque senza avvisare. Solo dopo le nostre richieste di “completare” il piatto hanno detto che l’ ingrediente principale mancava ed hanno proposto una sostituzione. Peccato anche che il tutto si è svolto dalle 1 alle 2 di notte!

Ho trovato varie volte la stanza non pulita, asciugamani non cambiati, asciugacapelli non funzionante. Lo staff nonostante solelcitato non ha mai accolto le nostre richieste
