Excellent location everything is close by including a mall which is walking distance. Staff were helpful and me.

The hotel style is not to much modern or at least new classic there is no matching at all between any color or design I think it's need to redesign most of places in the hotel

The ACs in the small rooms wasn’t so cold which was a struggle and the cleaning mop left a bad smell in the room which stayed for hours and other than that everything was magnificent

- The apartment was not adequately inspected, it needed some cleaning, looks like after maintenance work. The curtains in the living area are not working, the railings are broken. There was no trash bin in the kitchen and no Iron

It is not suitable for families, different hotel entrance should be utilized. Also, proper maintenance and renovation need to take place for the room. In addition, there is no match between rooms photos in Booking and actual. Car parking needs to be shaded.

1. The pillow on the rooms - its very saggy already, maybe it needs change. 2. Elevator - it gets busy, waiting time can be a bit long. maybe because tropicana 360 was on the top level and a lot of guests were coming. 3. Card key - sometimes, it takes 3 tries before the card key can be recognize in the lift.

The room was very spacious. The kitchen is equipped, it has even ice maker. The staffs were responsive with our needs. The receptionist who helped us with the check in was very professional and polite. We definitely like the breakfast - specially the sausages and breads it was very tasty. We loved that we’re able to watch netflix and youtube on their TV. (living room and bedrooms)

The only thing Me and my family didn’t like is that the Floor 48 is a night club called Tropicana 360 The problem with it is that every night evening till after midnight, especially weekends ( Fridays and Saturdays) a lot of tourist and locals come to the club and taking most of the space at the parking lot. But this wasn’t all. To get to 48th floor, (To the club), the Hotel does not offer a separate lift and they use the same lifts as Hotel guests use. With that being sad, we faced a lot of drunk ppl in the lift, lobby and in the front of the hotel. Having the family and kids, this wasn’t a good thing. One time the drunk dude was about to fall on us and smell man. I really with that floor 48 use their own lift or even a different entrance like back door or something. Its sad that such a luxurious hotel doesn’t provide the privacy the hotel guests deserve

I didn't expect that restaraunt is indian food only. If you travel with kids you should consider this. No otside pool only indoor whuch is relatively small and 1.2 m deep. If you travel by car sometimes you may find the hotel parking fully packed so you have to park your vehicle outside on the streets. Sometimes it is hard to find parking space.

Hotel location is great. Roof top bar is excellent. Beach and a big mall within 5 munutes walk. Free of charge beach with bar.

If it was including breakfast it could be valuable And I ask for first night only breakfast they didn’t accept And last day i asked for late check out they didn’t accept after I talk the said maximum 1 o’clock
