I extremely hate the hotel basement car parking. The ramp exit of the basement is very steep and located at a curved corner of the basement, which makes existing the basement for the 4×4 trucks a nightmare experience. My car is the huge Lincoln, Navigator, and I avoid parking it in the basement avoiding unpleasant situations such as serious car body scratches. List of room defects: 1. Hair dryer cord very short 2. Towels are not of a 5 Stars hotel standard 3. Bathrobe wasn't available in the room 4. Bathroom scale wasn't functioning properly 5. Bathroom vanities were broken "bowel flushing mechanism chrome plated cover missing piece" 6. Slippers were not available 7. Praying carpet wasn't available 8. Lack of ballpen in the room 9. Table alarm clock ⏰️ was out of service 10. A soap bar 🧼 holding plate is required as soap got hardly stuck on the washbasin counter 11. Bathroom shampoo and body liquid soap dispensing bottles and troublesome and difficult to handle 12. Room door tiny vision lens blurry 13. Hotel Lobby setting is to be rearranged for an ample area for the guests to move freely

I didn't like that although very clean, the bathrooms had a perculiar smell, perhaps because there is no fresh air flow as there are no windows in the bathrooms. Thus, it is an unpleasant smell, especially when the air-conditioning is off. Perhaps the company can use altenative materials to freshen the bathroom. Also, the rooms are so cold because the air-conditionee only has settings for cold temperatures. Maybe it is a cultural, but for those of us from warmer environments, find it a but challenging..it would be great to have few rooms with air-conditioners that have heat settings. Otherwise, the hotel is super 👌

The hotel is nice..rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is excellent and very helpful..the security personally, amazing.

1. We noticed that some service requests took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and there was no small water bottles provided in the room. 2. While the hotel offers a pleasant stay, it felt more in line with a 4-star experience rather than the usual 5-star standard.

The price I paid is very good (I stayed for 3 nights) and the price is $89 per night with the breakfast, to be honest the price is perfect but if it was more than that I will look for other options (5 starts hotels). 3. Breakfast was very good, one of the best things in the hotel, there are many options every day for all the family.

The pool timing is 9am which is inconvenient for business travellers. please open the pool earlier atleast by 8am because we have to leave the hotel by 9am. we mentioned this to the filipina lady at the gym&pool reception. she did not seem to care much
