Although, the property was absolutely fantastic and everything it offers ranging from the dining experience, room facilities, gym and pools to name a few which had everything of highest standards I think it's the people and management that I admire the most. Sooner after checking into our rooms we, unfortunately, suffered a little accident. We were truly touched the way it was handled so quickly,. efficiently exceeding our expectations to be honest. Within a few moments of reporting the incident the receptionist lady who checked us in moments earlier, the housekeeping staff, the security officer, an in-house paramedic and Simona the duty manager rushed into our room to ensure our wellbeing. We were truly touched the way Simona handled the matter and quick on her feet to fix the problem right at the spot. We were treated with great respect, dignity and priority throughout our short stay at Fairmont up to our out departure moment where Mr. Suleiman (from concierge I would presume) greeted us all off with his beautiful prays that was like icing on the cake. Fairmont will certainly be out first priority whenever we are next in Doha, Lord willing.

The hotel has no soul. It’s uncomfortably stale, joyless… and pointlessly expensive.

Everything! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and its interior was exquisite. I loved how there were actually enough towels in the bathroom, something that's rare in hotels nowadays. The view from our balcony was lovely. My children enjoyed the pool due to the lukewarm water temperature, and the floaties made the experience even more fun. Our experience at Provok was the icing on the cake. I can say that out of all the restaurants we've been to (and we've been to a lot!), it was there that my family experienced the most delectable food yet, and their food was good value for money. The portions were surprisingly abundant too. The interior of the hotel was well-designed, purposeful, and functional without compromising its architectural artistry. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Great experience!
