The beach club closes very early at 11:30. The room is as a bit hot and the a/c controller was weird.

Slow service and unfriendly staff at the breakfast especially the resturant manager.

The breakfast service was satisfactory. The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality. The rooms were spacious, and the location was desirable. Complimentary valet parking was provided for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was well-received. The pools and beach were exceptional.

The room was not serviced by 4.30 when we returned after being out all day. We were disappointed, and had expected to relax but had to go out again. The coffee served at breakfast was disappointing and did not taste fresh.

The room was lovely in every way, we particularly liked the bathroom. All needs catered for. The breakfast was also excellent apart from the coffee.

Elegant, spacious hotel with warm, friendly staff and superb Thai food. Impeccably clean throughout. Our room was a nice size with balcony. The Grand Lounge is worth the upgrade, offering a generous evening spread, practically a full dinner. Grounds are a lovely surprise - spacious lawns and pathways, carefully tended, the hotel had small goal nets set up and the kids played happily while we enjoyed the evening beach vibes, far preferable to a separate kids space, felt more like a friendly neighbourhood on the sea. The extra bed we requested was a full twin, very comfortable. In-room doing also tasty. Overall, the value, facilities, and service are top notch. Don’t miss the Thai food, another highlight of our stay.

When we visited there seemed to be a conference being held on site which meant that plenty of bedrooms were occupied but there was little to no atmosphere around the hotel and very little people at the pool or in the restaurants so felt a little stagnant energy wise

Really helpful staff and good clean hotel with plenty of facilities. The Pad Prik in the Thai restaurant is the bed we’ve ever had!

employees who do not attend customers in the queue, instead attend bullies who cut lines.

Vivy, Mamun and Rose excellent job! the most important point was how the management dealt with poor behaviour of one staff member, I was next in line to be served at reception, a customer came diagonally in a rush and chose NOT to be in line. When the business center male employee was free for another customer, he stood up walking towards reception, I looked at him, showed my walking stick, initiated walking, there was eye contact, but was ignored. The customer who was NOT in the line was attended , not those waiting in line, politely. BAD MANNERS! I complained to the management, and they apologised sincerely.
