The apartment was very spacious, and I really appreciated how much room there was overall. The pool was also very nice, and the hotel in general had a great atmosphere. I don’t have any complaints about the facilities or the space itself.

The main issue was cleanliness. The couches seemed dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The carpets were also not well maintained, and one of them had an unpleasant smell, almost like pee. If the hotel improved the cleanliness of the furniture and carpets, the experience would be perfect.

Front desk very helpful and cleaning staff very professional and will help with any requests quickly.

Only one English channel on TV, which means you must use your Smart connection.

Since I have chosen to stay in Le Mirage earlier on a full year contract, I prefer Le Mirage over others for my shorter leisure stays.

A spacious two-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen, along with four bathrooms (one of which lacks a shower). The space is very adequate, and the master bedroom has a private safe and a dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine and iron. The air conditioning is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, and the soundproof walls provide complete peace and quiet. There is a rooftop swimming pool, and there is also a pizza restaurant and pharmacy located within the building itself. The service is excellent: the apartment is cleaned daily, and free bottles of water are provided. A prayer mat and a TV are also available in each room. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Ample, shaded parking is located below the building, and each apartment has its own private parking space. A security deposit of QAR 500 was taken upon check-in, and an extra hour was granted upon check-out. I would like to thank the management and all the staff for their hospitality and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to families. I also recommend trying the Afghan kebab restaurant opposite the hotel (I tried their mixed grill platter) as they offer free delivery directly to your door.

Front reception staff always very polite and helpful. Housekeeping very tentative and always helpful.

During wind the sliding windows/doors do leak slightly and road noise can be heard louder due to them not sealing fully. This isn’t a major problem but could be worth changing new rubber sealing as part of maintenance program.

Neatness and helpful staffs

I like the facilities especially the pool. The place was really good except that they became very strict.

There are many restrictions. Guests are limited although it was a very special occasion.

The facility is well maintained and the staff are very welcoming and supportive especially the girl in the reception her name Joy is so kind and very supportive. I liked the parking lots very well labelled and every room has its own parking.

When you exit from the parking lot the outside street is very congested. Other than that everything thing is perfect. I recommend this appartments for families.

A bad smell comes from the kitchen. No exhaust fans in the toilets.
