We are glad to know you appreciated our central location and the in-room amenities such as the dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and oven. We are also pleased that you enjoyed our swimming pool facilities, especially the rooftop outdoor pool and the indoor air-conditioned pool alongside the gym. However, we are truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the discomfort caused by the bed and the shortcomings in cleanliness. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we have shared your comments with the housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate action. We also regret any miscommunication regarding the breakfast arrangement for your children.
