The property offered limited water activities, and the extreme summer heat made outdoor activities difficult. There were also not many on‑site food options or facilities, meaning we had to drive back to the Sealine Beach area for more dining choices.

Located just a short drive from Sealine Beach, accessible via an adventurous four‑wheel drive trek through the desert. The property offers beautiful views, a well‑designed room layout with a spacious common lounge, and excellent facilities. The food options were great, and the relaxing atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for a staycation.

The resort offers a sense of tranquility that’s hard to find elsewhere. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both friendly and hands-on, always ready to assist with a smile. A truly relaxing and well-maintained place to stay.

Nothing to complain but if we could wish for something, then a heated swimming pool would have made the stay 110% instead of 100%

Very enjoyable, driver of the resort even gave us a little dune bashing on the way. Best food we had on our trip in the last 5 days and prices are as well very reasonable for such a beautiful restaurant. Service top notch in the restaurant and at the reception and the whole place seems to be very well managed. Big showers, nice fruits on arrival and we had perfect weather to play volleyball and enjoy. Unfortunately the water is too cold right now.

We liked everything, just the soundproof in the rooms could be a bit better. Otherwise there was nothing to comment on. Definitely a place to go

Something different and we were very surprised. Feels like being in another country than Qatar. My wife loved the place too much and didn't want to leave ;). Very quit, great food and most probably the best matrass we ever slept on. In the evening we went to the beach cinema which was as well a very new experience to watch a movie under the moonlight. Simply great and many thanks to all the staff and management, they are lovely.

WE liked everything, just be aware that it is a 15 minutes ride to the next town, but hotel is providing constant transfer which you can avail

The breakfast could be chosen on arrival and they gave us options. We took the Arabic and the Continental and it was just wonderful. Great quality and amazing coffee. The resort is just beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing and we all had a fantastic time. Rooms are very Mediterranean and high quality. Staff is very sweet and attentive and the place is very well managed. Food in the restaurant was outstanding especially the Lamb Biryani and the Mixed Grill. Very nice deserts. We will surely come back

A bit care worn in places. The wooden walkways in front of rooms needed replacing and had numerous trip hazards. This is a dry hotel so you need to organise your own alcoholic beverages.

Fabulous desert/coast location. Very private and exclusive.

The sand piled on the beach front - did not look part of the beach.

The interior decoration was unique. The outdoor dining area the furniture was apt for the seaside, the breakfast was very well presented and delicious. Staff were polite and cheerful too. Mr Islam at the front desk facilitated our arrival from Sealine and patiently attended to our queries.

The resort is very cozy and family oriented… very close access to the beautiful sealine beach… super friendly staff who are very eager to provide us with the best experience.. kids enjoyed the outdoor cinema were they were able to choose their own movie, the resort also provided popcorn..totally great experience and will definitely have another visit soon..

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. I needed more of an international flavour to it. A bar fridge in each room wouldn't have been appreciated.

I liked and appreciated the layout of the rooms. I loved the friendly staff and their willingness to assist in whatever way.
