Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. QatarOverall, my stay at the hotel was good — everything was okay and the service was satisfying. However, I would suggest keeping a tissue box inside the room for added convenience. Also, the bathroom tiles need to be changed. The current tiles are very slippery and can be dangerous, especially for kids or elderly guests. If not careful, it’s easy to slip while using the washroom, which could lead to an accident. Other than these points, I’m happy with the experience.

United KingdomThe nightclub and bar were quite noisy and went on into the early hours. We were eventually moved to a quieter room. Facilities included in the room description were NOT available in each of our rooms, until we had to chase and request all the things that SHOULD have been in place before we were allocated the room. Little apparent checking fine before rooms made available for use. Also some of the kitchen area electrical items did not work and had to be replaced. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR MISSING ITEMS!!!!!! Some of the room fittings were broken as well( drawer doors etc)
