Cooker without any cooking equipment, for short stay you will not buy these equipment, instead it will be better if they provide microwave 10.cleaning for the room was moderate 11. Sound prove with the neighbor was not good you can hear and smeel his cooking 12. Hotel need to check fire alarm system and public address, there was wrong warring all the time 24 hr. 13. Housing keeping service 3 times/ week not every day especially the hotel is 4 star 14. Bed sheet with stains not clean! 15. The actual situation for the room not matched with photo found in booking website In general the service they provided not matched with 4 star hotel

The room was beneath a night club, so I could feel the vibrations and noise until 2 AM. Air-conditioning was working, but I couldn't feel it even at the lowest setpoint. Corridors were not very clean with some odour

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good — everything was okay and the service was satisfying. However, I would suggest keeping a tissue box inside the room for added convenience. Also, the bathroom tiles need to be changed. The current tiles are very slippery and can be dangerous, especially for kids or elderly guests. If not careful, it’s easy to slip while using the washroom, which could lead to an accident. Other than these points, I’m happy with the experience.

1. There was a Bar above my room in 7th floor which was too noisy and i couldnot sleep till 2 am. Although requested to hotel staff many times, they didnot do anything.

Many time when I checked in most of the toiletries missing n property like toothpaste, mouthwash, shower cap, bathroom slipper, razor … will ask from front disk then it will be provided… rest very good place for relaxation

The nightclub and bar were quite noisy and went on into the early hours. We were eventually moved to a quieter room. Facilities included in the room description were NOT available in each of our rooms, until we had to chase and request all the things that SHOULD have been in place before we were allocated the room. Little apparent checking fine before rooms made available for use. Also some of the kitchen area electrical items did not work and had to be replaced. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR MISSING ITEMS!!!!!! Some of the room fittings were broken as well( drawer doors etc)

Loud music every night until 2am from night club downstairs, impossible to sleep!!! Everything in the apartment quite old and furniture falling apart, quite dirty, nowhere to hang the laundry, no utensils in the kitchen, not a pleasant smell. Very ran down place..
