Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe appliences need some maintenance and also the sofa has a hole but overall my stay there is good. I feel like im at home.
The location is very accessible to public transportation. The place is safe and not crowded. They have store inside the hotel and also have nearest grocery which is lulu. The wifi is good.

QatarOld appliances in some room needs to be changed. In some bathrooms towel rods are seen broken.
Overall experience was very good. Front office staffs are so supportive. The check in process is simple. The rooms are good enough with bedroom ,living room and a kitchen where you can find a microwave, fridge, and a cooktop. Customer care is excellent.

The staff were amazing, they were just so helpful. Yousef was particularly kind and knowledgeable. The gym was small but good enough for a few days stay. The roof-top pool was great and there are nice views from up there, especially the sunsets.

QatarOld electrical apparatus like Refrigerator, Microwave and in some rooms sofa beds burn holes from smoking noticed. Prior to check in housekeeping staffs needs to ensure the kettles are in good condition.
Front office staffs are very helpful. Room services are excellent and its a great property to have a special day with friends.

AustraliaRoom was clean and reasonably comfortable but inaccurately described as deluxe. Air conditioning was noisy and you could not sleep with it on. No sound proofing such that you could hear the voices and movement of other hotel guests on the floors above. It was not value for money.
Hotel located close to Metro but nothing else. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
