AC in room is old and the room is either very cold or very hot. Grills are vertical and causing unpleasant experience while setting or sleeping.

Staff always eager to make guests happy doing whatever it takes. Pools are big and nicely designed and maintained for kids.

It was very accessible. The villa where we stayed is very spacious and cozy. The rooms were clean and spacious as well. Our villa was also very near the pool, which made my kids love it even more.

Security at the entrance remained hesitant to let us in even after we informed him we had a reservation. To the point we asked him to ring the reception and confirm. Not a good entry experience.

Beautiful location and quite near to Doha. We booked the 3 bedroom villa for our wedding anniversary and they managed to spruce up the master bedroom on short notice that was amazing effort. One team leader at the iftar dinner named Aldine was friendly and helpful to arrange for comfortable seating and dinner options.

The resort is well designed and has great see view. The amount of green areas is very large and nice with many shades to set and enjoy your time with nice privacy. The pools area is very beautiful and kids have a lot more of fun swimming.

Really minor things that clash with the price of the room unfortunately. The kitchen is functional and equipped but there was no plates, glasses, cutlery nor pots and pans. This could be an issue in case of long term stay or if you plan to cook, eat in the villa. The automatic lights in the entry hall (switching on from 6PM till 7AM) are really bright and annoying at night when trying to sleep. Although our villa and neighbors were respectful, some other villa were playing very loud music which could be very disturbing if you happen to be directly next door. The diner buffet was average and Arabic food only. There is no real "sea view", the villa is more or less facing the pool and you can't actually see the sea. The entertainment park at night (bouncy castle, games, rodeo...) is really attractive for the kids but charged 55QAR/pers.

The "two-bedroom villa sea view with private pool" was wonderful. It is very spacious, tastefully furnished, private and confortable. The direct access to the main pool from the backyard was really enjoyable. Room service was very efficient, always on top and housekeeping was well done. The special arrangements (fruit platters, cake, balloons, flower petals...) for my wife's and son's birthdays were also beautiful and well organized. Breakfast buffet has an extensive variety of cold and hot items. We really enjoy our stay there.

Nothing as it was brilliant but if I had to say something it would be-Beach towels were not already in the villa but a quick phone call to reception and they immediately arrived. Excellent service.

The customer service was amazing. The villa was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. Lovely weekend.
