The breakfast was amazing however I feel like it could have had more choice. (However whatever food was there was great)

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qatar for two nights, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the level of service. A special mention goes to Enoch, Peter, and Praveen, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. They were not only professional and attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The hotel is right next to an absolutely stunning beach as well!!!

I loved how the facilities were entirely clean and smelled good. Staffing they were all above and beyond genuinely friendly and welcoming shout out to Omar took me on a little walk showed me the area around when I asked for arranging and event in future. The room service was very good great attention to details and cleaning just literally everything around and adding water in the room, I had food to the room twice and it was very good. The guy at the valet always helps to park the car or assists to remove this little post so I can park the car myself

It's not that I don't like it, but its a suggestion about the pool timings especially at this kind of weather, Summer. Maybe you can adjust the pool timing or extend it, so that the customers can use it early in the morning and also for the customers who check-in late. 😊

We liked everything especially how the staffs treated us. How they took care of us especially it's our first time in the Hotel. The ambiance and environment feels like I was on my home country. So pretty sure that we will come back again.

The staffs, everyone of them, are totally helpful and THE MOST FRIENDLY and POLITE like nowhere else! ♥️ My daughter and I, women travelling alone without men, felt being totally respected and honored all the time during our stay. We felt so safe. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 We're also so thankful for making every of our situation easier, for example I did unusual booking time at booking.com as we missed the flight in the night so that our booking wasn't appear in the hotel system. But Mr. Rashid at the reception had solved the problem without asking more complicated from me.. thank you Mr. Rashid 🙏🏻👍🏻😊 Taxi was quickly ordered as we needed it, the room was very clean and big, the bed was comfortable, the location was directly to the beach, the food in Jarnen Restaurant was so delicious 👍🏻 All was great! Thank you to all staffs for the great service ♥️
