Recensione verificataHotel molto particolare ed originale all’interno di un souq completamente conservato, molto diverso dai soliti hotel di Doha, vicinissimo al mare , in zona completamente pedonale senza auto e strade, dove è possibile girare e camminare sulla passeggiata. Servizio ed assistenza eccellente, in particolare il servizio reception , preciso ed accurato per assistere il cliente in ogni necessità. Un ringraziamento particolare al Signor Rashid, che ci ha aiutato nella ricerca delle nostre valigie che erano state smarrite in aeroporto, ed assistito per tutta la durata del soggiorno .

Recensione verificatal'ubicazione nel vecchio souk e la conseguente possibilità di vivere tra i locali. La qualità del cibo davvero ottima nei due ristoranti principali. Lo stile architettonico della struttura che lo differenzia parecchio dagli altri 5 stelle di classe internazionale.
Migliorerei la possibilità di sistemare i bagagli nella camera.

Recensione verificataQuale migliore luogo per festeggiare il mio compleanno, dopo qualche giorno di permanenza speso al Sister Hotel Souq Al Waqif? Souq Al Wakra Hotel è stata la degna conclusione non solo della nostra vacanza in Qatar ma anche del periodo del mese sacro del Ramadan. Infatti proprio durante il nostro soggiorno le due ali della struttura – situate alle estremità del Souq – sono tornate entrambe pienamente operative, soprattutto la suggestiva grande piscina (momentaneamente non operativa durante il digiuno). Per celebrare Eid Al Fitr 2024, tutta la struttura era stata addobbata festosamente, rendendola - se possibile - ancora più bella. I cortili, gli atrii, i portici sono arricchiti dalle tradizionali tende del deserto e abbelliti dalla mobilia e dai tessuti tipici senza dimenticare la nota verde delle alte palme e dei profumatissimi frangipane che adornano gli spazi aperti. Accoglienti le camere estremamente razionali per gli spazi adibiti, comodo letto spazioso e bagni modernissimi in perfetto abbinamento ai soffitti tradizionali. Ottima pulizia e wifi superveloce. Colazione di pregio per varietà e qualità del cibo, servito con attenzione dal professionale personale del ristorante. Molto apprezzato il servizio doccia acconsentito all’interno della Spa la sera della partenza del volo di rientro in Europa. Grande suggestione quindi alloggiare all’interno dell’originalissimo Souq affacciato sul mare, vista anche la particolarità del momento dell’Eid e del mio compleanno… Un’esperienza assolutamente consigliata!
