excellent staff were ready to help and offer their help , good size room clean and good smell all around the hotel.

i think the location isnt that good , but you use taxi to get anywhere anyway.

The room is wide and comfortable, and the staff are accommodating

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is of good quality, and the location is very strategic.

The hotel location is great close to souk wakf which you can even enjoy in hot weathers as they have air conditioned streets...breakfast of the hotel is also nice....Mr Fahad was helpful and kind for everything...

The front desk is super friendly at check in. I really enjoyed my room which was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also well located, near to souq waqif and the airport. The breakfast spread was also good.

I stayed on the top floor and water pressure in the shower can be a little weak in the day time. Water from the shower was also always hot although I didn't have that issue with the tap.

The location, the facilities. Good place for the price.

The breakfast needs major improvement and the staff needs to be supervised and trained in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet is tasteless.

Great location, nice swimming pool (athough rather small), really helpful staff. Well communicated with the airport, many restaurants and small shops in walking distance.

Breakfeasts were rather poor, with small selection of food, despite local quisine is nice and not expensive.

The hotel staff was very helpful. I forgot my phone at taxi and they made everything possible to get it back. It is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to a lot of museums. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Overall the hotel is worth every dollar you pay for it.

The breakfast didn't match my expectation. It was very small and 80% of it was arabic food, maybe for someone it will be an advantage. The swimming pool area was very small and packed with people.

The cost was high

the staff were cooperative, responsive and kind, the facilities from parking and gym and pool and wifi was great, the location is superb with plenty of touristic spots very near and also amenities like markets and pharmacies and whatnot also very near. And what we got for the price was pretty amazing, would definitely come back again!

Minor comments but not even close to being deal breakers. We got two rooms, one room didn't have a view, was covered by the neighboring building, the other did have a view, but we would've appreciated a higher floor and better views. The breakfast food had nice selections, but would've appreciated quicker/more replenishing of the main courses in the chafing or buffet containers so that they aren't found empty or nearly empty when we check them to fill our plates. And the bathroom shower was clogged when we first used it, it isn't a maintenance issue, just a routine cleaning thing, so I opened the drain and cleaned it up myself and was pretty easy and quick to do so, but would've appreciated them taking care of it before I had to. But besides that the rest was absolutely great.

Well the room is clean and bathroom door are little tight and the tv if u can you can also add netflix app so we can sign in and enjoy watching movies Thanks
