Shahal was excellent. Irene was amazing. Patrick was awesome. We had a wondeful stay and these 3 people made it even more exceptional.

Very excellent, the property was shining of cleanliness, the staff was friendly and helpful and smiling all the time, the breakfast was amazing and daily with new menus, the catering staff was professional and friendly smiling all the time, the reception staff were friendly and helpful especially Ms Oumaima for her kindness and professionalism and I appreciate her support when she changed my room because it was in the corner and very small with an other room large and comfortable with the same sea view. She was supportive and kind all the time. Because of her kindness and other staff who were friendly and smiling all the time I extended two more nights in the hotel.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming everyone, however their supervisor Mr. Mohammed appeared selective in his approach, he greeted and served some guests with warmth and smiles, while his demeanour toward other guests ( including me and my family)was les engaging and not as courteous, and lacked of the same level of hospitality.

The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything I needed. The room size was also impressive, offering plenty of space to relax. I truly appreciated the reception staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and handled my complaint very professionally. When I raised an issue with the cleanliness of my first room, they quickly responded and upgraded me to a better room, which showed great care for their guests.

The housekeeping service needs serious improvement. Even after the room upgrade, the towels in the new room were not properly clean and had small yellow stains, which was disappointing. Cleanliness is a very important factor for me, and I hope the hotel management pays more attention to this.

The property was shining of cleanliness, all staff was friendly and smiling all the time and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and daily with new menus, my room was very comfortable and large with nice sea views, I appreciate all the staff included catering, and reception staff especially Ms Oumaima for her kindness and professionalism, she was supportive and kind all the time of my stay in the hotel. That's why I extended two more nights in the hotel with in same room.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! My wife and I were there for our honeymoon, and Oumayma from the reception went above and beyond to make it special. She made sure our room was beautifully decorated , and we were even surprised with a cake free of charge. From the moment we stepped in, her warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we instantly knew our stay would be amazing. The rooms were spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, and the entire staff, from reception to housekeeping to valet parking were some of the friendliest and kindest people we have met. And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible and hands down the best I have had at a hotel. A huge thank you to Oumayma and the rest of the team for making our honeymoon unforgettable!
