Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ReunionVery small room. Only 1 small pillow each. Half painted bathroom ceiling. Toilet seat broken. No shower support or curtain/door to stand and shower. Black mound round bath. Picture frame glass broken. Felt half finished or that nobody was tending to the upkeep.
Thé room had ‘some’ charm and nice furniture (but unfortunately also some ugly and totally out of place. Had a good little balcony with a little view of mountains and nice old town center feel but still nice and quiet.

United KingdomCleanliness is really not great, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen is also a bit grubby, small and very basic. The fridge was dirty with crumbs and traces of food and liquid from previous guests inside. The freezer section of the fridge was completely iced up and impossible to put anything in there. The crockery is sparse and could do with an upgrade. There were only two plates. In terms of facilities, the apartment could do with a washing machine or at least a clothes horse to hang up clothes if you do some washing in the basin. There are remnants of a clothes line over the bath, but it had not been fixed or replaced, so nowhere to hang washing. There is an iron and ironing board though.
The apartment is well situated in a quiet street with easy access to the main road, shops and restaurants. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also really appreciated the air conditioning, which was a relief from the heat and humidity. I was pleased to find two towels, a shower mat and more than one roll of toilet paper. I had read in some reviews that these were lacking sometimes, but they were indeed provided for me. The balcony is very small, but I enjoyed having one even though the view is of an abandoned lot across the road. Arrival and access was easy with clear instructions from the property with the code to the gate and another code for the lock box containing the apartment keys.

MauritiusNot very clean, specially the shower cabinet. Terrace with broken furniture and neglected, dry plants. Sunshade not working and could not be used, by great heat and temperature of 39 degrees. Ashtray with cigarette butts from previous occupant.

GermanyIt said, "the apartment's kitchenette is available for cooking" and therefore we booked this place, since we want to cook ourselves. However, we were disappointed that there was no cooking stove, only a microwave, fridge and sink were available. Also, there was only 1 half used toilet paper in the bathroom and no addition nor any change for the garbage bag etc. until we asked the owner (we stayed 7 nights).
The location was rather central and walking distance from the main bus station and the owner responded rather quickly when we needed something, and he was nice.

GreeceIt was not clean and was not ready for two separate people. We had to ask for towels, bed sheets and a cushion, even though I had written that we will beed to use the bed-couch. Internet is not too strong either.
The location is great. It’s at walking distance from restaurants, bar, the seaside, pharmacy and supermarket
