Room and restaurant staff are very pleasant. Hotel is beautiful from the outside

No water pressure, lukewarm water only, massive jacuzzi that cannot be used. No proper Shower, only hand-held shower head. toilette smaller than an airplane toilette. When sitted, your knees touch the wall in front. AC leaking water and creates a huge puddle in the middle of the room. internet very slow (2-3 mb/s at most) Reception staff and hotel management not pleasant.

unfortunately the bed was pretty uncomfortable (it could use a new mattress. the bathtub could use a little update as well. i did still really enjoy the bath but the jets were unusable and extremely loud. also not an ideal place if you need wifi but it didn’t bother me too much

Loved the architecture & design, felt like we were in the French Riviera. The pool was incredible, flowing in a design around the hotel. Barman created beautiful divine cocktails on the beach. Beach bar is amazing!!! Everyone was exceptionally helpful & so friendly. Even the airport shuttle they arranged was fantastic! We'd definitely stay there again.

The bed was not comfortable though. There was like a curb in the middle and we couldn’t sleep well. For a single person it would have been better.

The location of the hotel was good as it was situated close to a few restaurants in Boucan Canot. The hotel had a separate beach, but unfortunately, swimming in the sea in front of the hotel was not allowed (a nearby beach can be used). The pool was nice and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, and even though some did not speak English, they tried to help. It is best to rent a car to visit other areas, especially on a rainy day, but the bus station is right in front of the hotel and only takes 7 minutes to get you to Saint Gilles centre.

The hotel needs an update, as it appears old and worn out, looking more like a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with no vegetables available, not even those listed on the menu (for example, mushrooms for the omelette) and frequent shortages of some items such as scrambled eggs. I had to request tomatoes and cucumbers, which should have already been provided in a 4-star hotel. But the staff was kind and trying to help. Additionally, the room cleaning left much to be desired until I complained about it. Again, when I complained, it was then sorted. The hotel is far from any supermarket unless you have a car. I previously stayed in a 5-star hotel nearby and had a fantastic experience.

Poor Wi-Fi connexion. Bed is so so (too soft). Bathtub too low and not practical. No real shower in Standard room. Avoid room on the street side, may be noisy with the traffic. Bar too expensive
