We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe common areas were a bit run down. The room reservation said it came with a terrace, but there was nothing like that - the door opened directly onto the courtyard which was not at all what we expected. We were looking for a regular hotel with a front desk and reception area so we could leave our bags on the day we checked out as our flight wasn't until late in the evening. However, there's no front desk and at first they said we couldn't leave a bag. However, a friendly woman arranged for us to leave it, which was great.
This is a good value place close to central Saint Denis. It's not far from the central bus station, which was convenient for us. The room itself was nice enough. It's relatively good value for Saint Denis. This place was suitable for us as we just wanted an overnight stay before our flight.

Due to the flight change I used the single room just during the day to store my backpacks and rest before the flight. The size of the single room big enough, room clean bed comfy. The room equipped with AC, microwave, toilet and showers but a bit tiny. The location is great, 600 meters from the bus station, close for sightseeing points, a bog supermarket or fruit market in the same street 300m. WI-FI free but on the 2nd floor week.

NorwayFirst of all- i received no information of how to enter the room as there is no staff present, so i had to contact the property through booking.com to locate a key in a key box. -The room was nothing like the photos. On the photos it looks «okay» but the reality was awful. - The room was so small that you could not open your suitcase. - It was dirty as f*** . Old leftover food forgotten in the microwave, dirty and noisy fridge. - Way smaller than what the booking days - no soap provided as the booking claims - could not close the door to the bathroom as the rust has made it stuck - could not close the window (ground level) -toilet brush was so disgusting and old - dirty everywhere, floor, toilet, sink, switches, outlets- everything - owner agreed to refund me the money as she could not change me to another room. Then when silent and since then does not answer.
Nothing. I am so surpriced that booking.com allows this to be listed and sold. I arrived late but complained immediatly as i refused to stay in the room. Owner was impossible to reach, and booking.com did nothing. When i finally found someone myself, they could not move me to another room, and it was impossible to find anything else at that time as whole Saint Denis was full due to valentines day. I demanded a refund which the owner agreed to, for then to move me the next day. Now, the owner does not answer and refuse to pay the refund. This place is a scam and a joke!
