Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot much that I didn't like. The only thing I could maybe say something about it the breakfast part. It could use a bit more food. But it was already very nice.
The staff was amazing, very professional and nice. Great location, only 3min walk from the lagoon and the pool is a great addition to the hotel especially if you went on a hike in the morning.

PortugalIn 4 days of stay, they never cleaned the room. It's unfortunate, because there were ants in the kitchenette. The sofa/beds were hard. Quality/price didn't please us.

AustraliaNothing, really. Rooms were maybe on the small side for two people, but totally adequate, and for the price paid - nothing on Reunion is cheap, but it's more budget friendly than most - totally fine.
Really friendly staff, very easy check in process. Communicative from the start, and managed to change from a double to twin single at last minute notice without any issue whatsoever. Great little rooms, everything you need - cold aircon, clean sheets, hot shower. Even a little balcony outside with a fan, handy for drying damp items.

GermanyAbsolutely amazing! A hotel in a quiet area, just few meters away from the beach. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Good soundproofing, A/C in rooms. The rooms are not big, but very clean and accurate. The bathrooms are renovated and the rest of the furniture is in good condition, too. The staff is staff is super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place.
