We have been upgraded to a suite ,Our room was a masterpiece of modern design — spacious, airy, and immaculately clean( huge thanks to the lady that cleaned our room) with floor-to-ceiling windows that opened onto a private terrace overlooking the beautiful bay. The staff at The Marmara truly set the hotel apart. Every interaction, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Special shout out to Bahri in the restaurant - your English is perfect and your wine recommendation was second to none , Ali by the pool - thank you for being so attentive, the Spa manager - thank you so much for the best massage ever !! And of course , the reception team , Muhsin, Gokhan and Utku - many many thanks for everything you have done for us , including the very important mission to source my husband’s hart pills which he left behind back in Uk 👏👏👏👏 Bravo to you all!!! We will definitely return!!”
