    “A very complicated process for taking keys. Reception initially told me that they did not give keys unless I contacted with someone via message. I read the booking information and wrote a message to Orbi City support via Booking.com. They advised me to reach the 13th floor, 33rd office desk in C Block. I moved up to the 13th floor and went to the office desk, paid and only after a man in 33rd office desk told me to move down to grab the keys from the reception. Elevators are always overcrowded, and no air conditioning. For such huge buildings only 6 elevators, and one of them is not working. To long waiting time for elevators.”

The only thing is that we had to move to another similar room, because someone smoked there before us. 1 minute from the beach, a quiet place far from the center of the noisy promenade.
