I have traveled the world for the past 50 years and stayed in many hotels of different brands and luxury names, yet this boutique hotel in Taif truly stands out and surpasses them all.
Unfortunately, Booking، com rates it as 4 stars, while in my experience it absolutely deserves a 5-star classification for its excellence. From the moment of arrival, the reception was warm and professional, with Ms. Maram Al-Zahrani being the perfect example of hospitality and professionalism.
Breakfast was outstanding — both in flavor and quality. The staff, without exception, displayed respect, courtesy, and genuine care that reflect the highest standards of service.
I am sincerely grateful and proud, especially as the majority of the team are Saudis, which makes this achievement even more remarkable. Without a doubt, this will always be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Taif in the future.
Just two observations: the location of the fridge in the suite is not ideal and should be moved to the kitchen, as there is enough space. Also, consider a wardrobe for clothes in the wonderful suite.
