Also for the city bus, we had trouble and another staff offered us his support. Overall, the service is very warmhearted, location is in the heart of downtown, and the price is very affordable.”

    “My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, very delicious with plenty of choices, and definitely one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The room was immaculate—everything was perfectly tidy and well-maintained. The furniture was comfortable and of very good quality, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was especially impressive, equipped with high-quality fixtures and modern amenities that added to the overall comfort of my stay. What made my experience even more memorable, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The level of service I received can only be compared to that of a five-star establishment. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Hashem, whose superior professionalism, kindness, and respectful approach were truly impressive. He consistently went above and beyond to assist guests, embodying the very definition of elite hospitality. Likewise, I would like to recognize Abo Jarir for his professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication, which also contributed greatly to my positive experience.
