“The double bed was firm but super comfortable. It was walking distance to the tavernas and beach front.”

“Conveniently located within walking distance from the port and in a quiet neighbourhood. The contact with the property was easy and we were offered the opportunity to leave our luggage after check-out”

  • 12 Acropolis Penthouse Review score: 10

“The apartment is simply delightful, very comfortable, bright, tastefully furnished, and full of thoughtful details that make guests feel at home. The terrace is wonderful, perfect for breakfast as well as for relaxing in the evening. The location is ideal for a stay in Aegiali: right in the heart of the village, making it very convenient for all services and just a 3-minute walk from the most accessible beach on the island, yet still peaceful and quiet. The hosts, Konstantinos and Dimitris, are exceptional: always present, friendly, and attentive to their guests. Just downstairs they manage a coffee shop/cocktail bar and their unique creations are definitely worth a try :)”

“Very cool. Perfect location next to the beach and the camping.”

  • Hotel Minoa Review score: 10

“The hotel is centrally located behind a square containing a number of excellent tavernas, and only a few minutes walk from the ferry. Our room had a balcony with a view over the harbour and sea. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had been recently refurbished and now has a fixed shower screen. The staff and management were very good, and gave us much advice on what to include in our visit to Amorgos. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to this lovely island.”

  • St.George Valsamitis Review score: 10

“I stayed for 5 nights and I really enjoyed the experience. When I arrived, after a long journey, I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and was notified about the bus timetables which were critical for me as a solo traveller. The room had a view of the mountain and a little chapel. I felt really peaceful and connected with nature. The room was really clean, excellent service and the two owners, brother and sister, were really friendly and always willing to chat and offer you sightseeing advice. I also extended my stay for one more night. The comms via text to arrange that, whilst I was on a cruise, were really quick and I managed to stay in the same room without any hassle. I was also allowed to leave my suitcases for a few hours on my last day, to continue with the sightseeing before embarking on the ship for return. My majestic experience to Amorgos was enhanced by the great hospitality of the hosts. I will be back.”

“Excellent value rustic villa, great staff and incredible views! Niko’s Tavern (on-site) had amazing food and service. If you like hiking the trail goes from the doorstep to Chora (c.16km) taking in an ancient village and the monastery.”

  • Amorgos Delight Review score: 9

“Excellent location with amazing views of Nikouria islet and Agios Pavlos bay. The room was spotless clean and furnished with taste. The patio was large, well kept with plants and flowers and the perfect spot to have breakfast or a drink while soaking up the view. The cleaning lady made us feeling at home from the very first moment and gave us very useful tips about the beaches and restaurants.”
