“Bova is a very special little village in the Aspromonte mountains. The houses are located like an eagle nest around the rock. This means, that there are only little streets and no cars around the B&B (park close to the police station, 3 minutes walk, but steps). The B&B is in an old house, but totally new renovated. From the little balcony/windows it is possible to see the ocean. There is also a little backyard garden for breakfast. It is very charming and if you want to dive into a romantic greek-calabrian mountain village, it is a perfect location. Nice hikes are also around. The contact was via WA, everything was smooth.”
“Amazing! The views are fantastic, the host is very kind. Room was new, beds incredibly comfortable. The village is very small, but we went to the local restaurant and got absolutely fantastic food. Everyone was very friendly.
One thing to note - you have to leave your car a bit further from the property as it can be accessed only by walking. It is well worth it though! So pack accordingly and enjoy this fantastic room! 😊”

“Tea is the best! We have never found such a delightful and helpful host! She helped us out as we were confused with parking, got us dinner when everything was closed, washed our clothes, gave us free lunch, prevented us from being fined by the police. We won't forget her!

“We stayed at Vida Locrese con piscina salata in July and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully designed, very clean, and well cared for. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were spotless throughout our stay.
The property itself is lovely, with a peaceful garden and a refreshing saltwater swimming pool that we really enjoyed. It is located near Gerace and is a perfect base for exploring the towns and coastline of southern Calabria.
The breakfasts were excellent, fresh, varied and lovingly prepared each morning by Manuela, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our stay memorable.
