    “Location near the train station, the inner City and the river - nice! Staff what's mostly super friendly. Rooms were quite small and, if you paid attention to details, you could see some things are a little worn out (e.g. some metal covers in the showers constantly fell off). However, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.”

The staff are great; very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good - many dishes to choose from and nicely presented. The dining room was quite nice.”

    “From the outside this hotel looks charming, but unfortunately the reality was very different. The check-in process was already unpleasant, as the staff was unhelpful and not willing to think along. When we finally got to our room, we were shocked by the level of dirt and lack of hygiene. There were spider webs, stains on the walls, visible damages, and even mold in the bathroom. On top of that, the service and tableware were dirty, which made us doubt the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. We reported these issues right away, but no solution has been offered to us. For a hotel stay, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the minimum standard, but here this was completely lacking. It’s a shame, because the exterior of the hotel looks nice, but inside both the room and the service were far below expectations. Hygiene was poor and we did not feel comfortable or welcome.”
