“The property was far from the station and you have to walk a lot to the station. It is situated in the middle of the mountains and it gets scary when you cross in the evening. There is no footpaths to walk and you have to book a cab to go to the train station. The staff behaviour was very bad, they would discriminate against you if you were ethnic minority. When you book the hotel, they then send you message to state that you booked a budget hotel and you need to pay extra to upgrade it. When you want to cancel it, they don’t allow you to cancel even within 24 hours.”
