    “Beautiful, iconic & historic building. Staff were lovely at check in. We’re given a very basic room which smelt musky & when asked we were changed immediately with no fuss. While the building is beautiful, the rooms are dated. The beds are very comfortable & bathroom works perfectly, overall it could do with updating.”

    “An amazingly different hotel , totally unique. Room was spacious and easily accomodated ourselves and the granddaughters. The space was divided by a bathroom so it felt like 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. The bathroom was very modern in design and was exceptionally clean.. Only an hours drive to catch the ferry home and located just off the motorway but was very peaceful. We purchased delicious bacon rolls at a local bakery for only 2 euros each. Bar next to hotel does lots of different hot food at a reasonable price. Great to find such an unusual dog friendly hotel. Would stay again.”

    “We have stayed at the Abba before excellent location, we had a garden room which is lovely and the breakfast is good although the eggs and sausages were cold. Very good parking facilities as well. Staff very helpful and friendly, we will use again.”
