    “My friend and I booked this B and B in Annacapri based on a review given on the blog The Sensible Fay (thesensiblefay.com). We were looking for a quieter home base while traveling in Capri, while still being close to some fun activities. Monte Solaro met that need. The rooms were wonderfully clean, there was a well-working AC, the bathroom was spacious with toilet and a bidet and spacious shower (with an added bonus of gorgeous tiling), the bed was good(I slept well on it, but my friend had trouble getting comfortable.). When we were on our way to Capri I asked the owner whether or not we would be able to drop off our bags at the B and B before check in so we could explore hassle free. He told me it was not a problem and to meet him in Piazza della Pace where he would pick us up and drive us the rest of the way. This was a very nice gesture that we ended up being extremely grateful for after we attempted to walk all the way from Marina Grande to Annacapri(DO NOT DO THIS - Unless you're prepared and without heavy luggage). After a little bit of confusion, which an easy phone call cleared up, we were in the car heading to the b an b. As we got further up the road I could see why this gesture was offered. The stunning views from this place do mean that it is up a pretty steep hill. My friend and I enjoyed this as we are both very active people and saw it as a cost of being able to stay in a quieter spot on the island, but I could see how that might impact your trip if you were not willing or able. The path is well lit and there are stairs beside the road guiding you up. Plus the view, a dip in the pool and refreshing spritz afterward make it worth it. Complimentary breakfast in the morning included your choice of a warm pastry, yogurt, fruit, cheese, salami, toast, or a coffee(We had a delicious cappuccino) as you looked out on the start of a new day across the island. A wonderful stay and well worth the price. I will be back!!”

    “Excellent location, breakfast was awesome, with a variety of foods and drinks for us to access. Our room was a great size, with added bonus of a good size balcony. Communication was outstanding. Our room was very well maintained, clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again ✨️”

    “Hi I really liked the apartment and how clean was it and the bathroom was big and nice the boss Luciano was so kind and helpful and fixed my internet Cus at the beginning it didn’t work and brought me new towels and lots of water bottels even tho I didn’t ask That’s so nice of him that he tried so hard to make me feel at home and other staff the guy who checked me in on my first day was really nice too and VERY RESPONSIVE both of them which is amazing!”

    “ENZO and Bruno were both excellent and very helpful people to meet and know. Nothing was a problem for them and they went out of their way to help. ENZO helped us very much with the arrival at the apartment and Bruno was very pleasant and punctual in taking us to the airport in the very early hours of the morning, during a very bad thunderstorm. The experience was all good and I would highly recommend the services of both these gentlemen. Just a final note, the apartment was furnished to an excellent standard, especially the beds, most comfortable nights sleep ever, unreal!!”

    “Gabriella was amazing! So kind and attentive, responded quickly with any questions, provided wonderful suggestions for our time in Naples including restaurants and touring ideas. The space was unique and well cared for, the shower was great, small fridge in the room, plenty of space to hang your clothes, and a drying rack is available too! 😊 The bed was too soft for our liking but that's our only criticism. The breakfast spot was great and they were also very lovely people. Perfect location to explore. We fell in love with Naples! Can't wait to return!”
