    “No daily housekeeping, no human contact other than 1 person at reception whose not even in the same building, v have to get exchange towels, sheets ourselves from reception which is next door building and to TOP IT ALL - pay the same price in which we can get room service, daily housekeeping. Poor”

    “We loved this hotel. The reception staff were so helpful in helping us know what to do for the day. The pool views are unbelievable. Rooms were neat and clean and room service did a great job”

    “We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.”
