“Overall, really good experience. The staff was amazing. No matter the difficulty of the request (all of which out of the scope of their hotel), they went out of their way to solve it. I want to personally thank the male receptionist with longer hair (do not recall his name now) who was tireless during our stay.”

“My stay was simply wonderful. The place is magnificent, full of history, and truly feels like a living museum. The palace, the breathtaking view, and especially the incredibly kind people made the experience unforgettable. Breakfast was light but prepared with so much love, a beautiful touch that made me feel at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay.”

“Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!”
