“Lovely hotel just next to the train station.”

  • “The hotel is well-located, clean, and comfortable. It offers a very good buffet breakfast and 24-hour access to the kitchenette where you can make coffee, tea, etc. I recommend it for an overnight stay on your way to another location.”

  • Bayerischer Hof Review score: 8

“Great communication and staff went the extra mile to allow us to check in early. Location was great and easy to get to from the train station yet still close enough to inside the walls to allow breaks during sightseeing. The instruction to get the key was clear and the room was clean and as per the photos. The shower had good water pressure.”

“This is perhaps the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The interior paid homage to its rich history and classical origins, while the rooms were gorgeously furnished with up-to-date style and convenience. While walking around the ground floor rooms I almost felt like I was walking through a museum. If there is anything that exceeded what I have mentioned thus far - it would be the hotel staff. They were kind, patient, and helpful with any questions I had. To top it off, since I traveled a bit “off season” the price was immensely reasonable. I would have happily paid 2-3 times as much for this wonderful experience. And of course, you just walk out the front entrance and you are in Rothenburg on der Tauber. It doesn’t get any better than that.”
