  “Angels Suites was perfect for our honeymoon! Angel was so welcoming at the start of the trip to show us our suite, and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The perfect location in Platanias, right opposite the main square with buses and taxis, plenty of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. We were able to take the bus into Chania, and day trips to Lake Kournas and mountain villages with pick up right outside Angels Suites which was great! Our suite was the Gregory Suite with both incredible views of the beach, sea and peninsula with incredible sunsets every night, as well as views right into Platanias square at evening and night. Being able to sun bathe in the day on the terrace, watch the sunset, then enjoy an evening drink watching over the square is incredible. No need to go to some of the bars and spend money when you can get the same vibe, and a better view from above the crowds! The Jacoozi pool is the best! Big enough for at least 6-8 people, it was perfect for just me and my wife to have a cool off when sunbathing, and lay out and relax! The dials allow heat if you really wanted too, but it really worked for us as a little swimming pool to dunk in and out of in the heat. Great value for money! The amenities are everything you ever need, full working kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. AC in the rooms that works great, and a lovely balcony too! We did see a review previously saying the noise is loud at night, and you can hear the buzz of the bars past 9pm till and 3am (in August when we went). However this didn’t bother us as it is quiet enough with the doors and windows closed, just a little background rumble, which really didn’t bother our sleeping. And is to be expected when your in a prime location! Overall our stay at Angel Suites was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. Incredible value for money, excellent location, wonderful host and beautiful experience all round.”

  “Nice and spacious villa with large pool. Great seaview from the upper terrace. Helpful cleaning lady came to the villa in the middle of the week to ask if we needed anything, which was nice. It was also great to meet the hostess and host. Villa was at the hill but not far from the sea. Almyrida is small, cozy and peaceful place.”

  “Right in the heart of the city, with an incredible view of the old town and the sea. The balcony stays in the shade all day except during sunrise, which makes it wonderfully comfortable. Excellent parking just 5 minutes away. The host thought of everything 🥰 — special thanks! Always available, attentive to every detail, yet incredibly discreet at the same time! The apartment itself is spacious and fully equipped — a perfect mix of the charm of the old town with the comforts of modern living. And the breakfasts deserve a special mention 😍”

  “This villa is excellent, providing everything you need for a fantastic stay. The pool caters to all ages with its gradual slope from shallow to deep, allowing everyone to enjoy it comfortably. With two levels, the villa is perfect for accommodating two families, offering ample personal space while also featuring large communal areas for everyone to gather together. The garden area is delightful, featuring a spacious dining area complete with an outdoor fridge, sink, and BBQ. The children's playground is well-designed and offers some shade, creating a fun environment for the kids. The property boasts a high standard of modern finishes and contains all necessary amenities. We were genuinely surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift of food waiting for us, and appreciated the kind farewell gift upon our departure. The local village is just a 10-minute walk away and offers a variety of places to enjoy local food and drinks, along with a couple of mini-marts. A larger supermarket is only a few minutes’ drive up the road, and the beach is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Perfectly placed away from busy tourist areas but still quickly accessible. Overall, this villa is a perfect choice for a memorable getaway!”

  “Nice cozy appartment. Ok for 2 persons. Cleaning every 2nd day (also towel changes), and really nice staff. Offered a late check out in case of a late flight. The location in Platanias is very good. Could easily get around the village and to the Chania town with a bus… Happy with our stay!”

  “Location of this apartment is very close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by walk. Apartment has everything you need, it is very cosy and very clean. Staff is very kind. I definitely recommend this apartment.”

  “The property is truly enchanting. It’s surrounded by silence, yet only a short walk from the road leading to Elafonissi, which is just over five minutes away by car, plus a panoramic walk through dunes and junipers. The villa has absolutely everything you might need: - A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe with drawers. - A bedroom with a three-quarter bed plus a bunk bed for two, wardrobe, and drawers. - A bathroom with shower, large countertop with vessel sink, hairdryer, and cabinets. - A living area with sofa, armchair, and a large LG TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and other channels using your own account. - A kitchen area with dining table, large Hisense fridge with three freezer drawers, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, spacious pantry, drawers, and assorted dishes. - A charming garden with a table under a veranda, a large modular rattan sofa, a swing, a ping pong table, and sea views with sunsets that fill your heart with color. - Stable and fast Wi-Fi connection. - Private parking inside the property through a sliding gate. - Bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided, with spares available, as well as a wide set of different pillows. George, the owner, is a delightful person, kind, helpful, and always ready to respond to any needs. For cat lovers, it’s a little oasis of happiness. Around the property lives a community of cats of all ages, with many adorable kittens who are constantly cared for by locals, tourists, and the nearby monastery. We were literally “adopted” by a young mother and a kitten, likely from a later litter. Saying goodbye to them on the day of our departure was truly hard. The villa is in a strategic location to visit Elafonissi, a beach of indescribable beauty. Nearby there are several other beaches to suit all tastes, such as Aspri Limni and Kedrodasos, as well as tavernas where you can enjoy traditional Cretan dishes and end the meal with a glass of raki.”

  “Koukis Villa is a truely wonderful place. Spatious, with excellent comfort, it is modern, stylish and brand new. It has great size swimmig pool, nice dining places both inside and outside, and all equipment you can think of. Location is stunning with surrounding olive trees, nearby sea and beautiful sun sets. It's very close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Very kind and helpful host adds up to the whole picture of a truely great Villa where you can enjoy live with family or friends. I highly reccommend this place.”
