    “Perfect for those who want a slightly traditional stay, rooms were spacious enough for 2-3 pax and the accommodation had everything we needed, close to public transport too. Though it looked slightly old and onsens were shared, not an issue at all they were very nice and well maintained.”

    “The total concept was great. To rebuild an old ryokan and revitalize an Onsen village to preserve history but also to have the guests experience their own stories was super unique. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the complementary busride to Sawanda, so we could spend a beautiful day in kamikochi. Also the book concept was an Experience. The philosopher cafe was just magical. Also the dining experience was great. Highly recommend.”

    “Good location to reach the main train station on foot even if closest subway stations were 10 minutes away on foot. We arrived too early for check-in but we could leave our suitcases there for free. The staff both at the reception and breakfast room were friendly and efficient. The room was just enough for two people with two suitcases, there wasn't much free room to move. Comfy beds and strong wifi. It was very good value for money”

    “This time I came for the fireworks festival. They provide dinner and breakfast, which are super abundant. All the staff are very friendly, and there are foreign employees available to assist with questions and provide detailed explanations. I chose a Japanese-style room, and the hotel features a traditional design with a public bath. Although the hotel is indeed a bit old, the room is very spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money!”
