    “Great hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, nice touch to have bottles of water and a mango treat in the fridge when you first get to your room, the onsen was fantastic with a great atmosphere, late night free ramen and fruit ices were a fabulous bonus!”

    “We only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful, bright, with a view of Mount Fuji. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, just 2 or 3 blocks from the station. Thank you as well for the keychain you gave us, such a lovely souvenir.”
