    “Awesome stay in a traditional-style Japanese hotel. The rooms provided a really authentic feel and had great views both of Mt Fuji and of the lake. The breakfast was nice with a great variety of dishes available. But wow, the highlight was the dinner. We were served in a private room for groups, and our server (M) was incredible - very friendly and patient and always went out of her way to help us and explain things, even if there was occasionally some gap in language.”
