    “We stayed in the South Building and was allocated to a room in the highest floor. We got a half-board plan with buffet dinner and breakfast. There is a good variety of options including sashimi and snow crab for dinner. Room is spacious and clean.”

    “The property is clean and neat. The meals are fabulous. Although it was a bit far from the jr station but ethe free shuttle help. I am extremely grateful for their extra care on the last minute change of pick up time. I had missed calculated my estimated arrival and need to notify them on the last minute changes. They confirmed that they can pick me at 2.30pm but they turned up at 2.05pm.”

    “Free stay for a young child, free parking, free breakfast, cotton room wear, onsen on the 12nd floor. The room is bright, clean, silent, dark at night, with AC and all you need. There is no smoke odor. The bed is very comfortable. Kids get a gift bag. The staff was welcoming us warmly. Breakfast is a usual Japanese style menu, as people eat at home. I warmly recommend it!”
