  “We have booked via booking wild house Donovaly from 11.8. - 12.8. 11.8. we have received the call from wild house Donovaly they cannot offer us the house as it was not transfered from booking to their calendar and they are fully occuppied. We wanted to stay there with children as we promised this adventure to them so we stayed and paid 2 extra nights in apparťment in Donovaly. On 13.8. we went there and unfortunatelly they had only Fauna House available which we did not order via booking, but they said they do not have this info from booking, neither the info about breakfast. So this is not the besť customer experimence and would appreciate reimbursement.”

  “This was our very first family vacay with our 10 months old baby and truly it was an experience we will always remember 🙂 literally we spent all our time in the resort area with: lot of fun in the swimming pool, on the playground, big sleepy sessions, eating amazing food together and wandering around the beautiful scenery. Thanks for everything, we loved it! ❤️”

  “the staff was super helpful when i needed to arrive at the property late at night and waited for me, communication was perfect and fast.. I had a simple room for single person for one night and I consider it good value for the money.. breakfast was simple but for the price I can't complain.. location is a little bit outside of the center, 5-10minutes walk, but because of that it was very quiet at night.. worth the money, recommended for solo one night stands..”

  “The place is close to the central bus station, supermarket, restaurants, hiking trails - for us it was the most important factor. The place itself is great, 2 separate bedrooms (double bed & 2 single beds), a functional kitchen, and a lounge to eat - this is exactly that we were looking for.”
