A very pleasant stay and we look forward to coming back as soon as we come this way again.”

    “Fantastic place to stay in the countryside overlooking the landscape and the cities of Lectoure and Fleurance at the horizon. Offered all the views of the pleasant northern Gers country. Large swimming pool overlooking the hills, very well equipped rooms with large showers and spacious, too. The hosts were very sweet, welcoming and forthcoming arranging for two excellent rooms next to one another, we traveled as a party of four. Great breakfast overlooking the garden. A small road leads up to the large house. Only 15 minutes drive to Lectoure and very nice restaurants such as L'Atelier Gourmand were we went in the evening, fabulous meal. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute of it and again the host Daisy took very good care of us. There are three very social and nice dogs that greeted us as we arrived, hanging around in the garden. Can strongly recommend an extended stay at La Canners, we will certainly return when we have the opportunity!”

    “Different. A chance to live in a place that has been around for hundreds of years. A short walk to the centre and the bassin. The Hotel de Commerce bar does about 8 different Armagnacs to sample. Do not fall in on the way home. Parking nearby and it is free.”
