“The location is great, you’re off the main (and very busy) road in Ubud but still within walking distance of everything. The pool was amazing and we spent every night admiring the incredible sunset you get from the hotel. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily.”
“Overall it was really great. We ended up in Villa 1 which has the same setup as Villa 2.
The balcony view was fantastic, natural and peaceful with only a few other villas interrupting the view of the rainforest.
It was very quiet, the only noise was the fountain in the pool.
Staff were efficient, super friendly and very responsive via WhatsApp no matter the time. They were also accommodating and provided breakfast/services at specific times where requested. Additionally, they contact you with all services and prices straight after booking your villa.
The path to the villa goes through beautiful rice fields.
Wifi worked well.
Aircon worked great and was easy to set on a timer.
The breakfast was great (250k for normal, 275k for floating breakfast) and came with a fruit plate as well as what’s ordered, I highly recommend the omelette!
And the in room massages were incredible; a great price (200k/person for 1 hr), peaceful and relaxing with just the right pressure.”
“Location was perfect . Close to Ubud center but far from the traffic and noise. Very peaceful location with good restaurants around and money ch sheet just across that gives the best rate . Very nice e pool and restaurant inside the hotel as well.”
“Just tucked off the Main Street, very quiet and tranquil surroundings, beautiful room, exceptional service from the staff, very comfortable bed, good pressure in shower, the aircon was great and kept the room cool, loved the spa facilities on site, very reasonably priced and great professional service, I would definitely recommend this resort.”
“I have been to Bali many times over the past few years and stayed in some very welcoming resorts and hotels but Lawankala Resort was next level up for me .
The resort has only been opened for a month or so and my stay was perfect.
The resort is small I think with only 9 rooms, two of which were small villas with their own pool , about three chalet style self contained units and four regular spacious rooms.
The resort is set on a steep hillside with an unspoilt river at the bottom and overlooks the lush green hill on the other side . Two Infinity pools also !! So clean !
The entire resort is so beautifully decorated and appointed and is in turn complimented by a well trained and professional staff with great attitude. No need to go to other restaurants as the food was excellent , especially the breakfast !”
“Stayed 3 nights at Keramas and it was just stunning and everyone was fantastic and very welcoming 😊 My room was really large, beautiful, and tucked away with jungle view and privacy. I did the Canang Sari session which was so beautiful (so much harder than it looks!) and got to see the Foundation and temple next to the resort. Really recommend the hibiscus tea!”
